چکیده

Cellulose is one of the most abundant, widely distributed and abundant polysaccharides on earth, valuable natural renewable resource for human beings. In this study, three different particle sizes (250, 178, 150 ?m) Neosinocalamus affinis cellulose were extracted from powder using bio-enzyme digestion prepared into nanocellulose (CNMs). The contents 250, ?m 53.44%, 63.38%, 74.08%, respectively; crystallinity was 54.21%, 56.03% 63.58%, respectively. thermal stability increased gradually with smaller sizes. yields CNMs 14.27%, 15.44%, 16.38%, results showed that successfully removed lignin, hemicellulose, impurities (pectin, resin, etc.) by treatment A (ligninase:hemicellulose:pectinase = 1:1:1) combined NH3·H2O H2O2/CH3COOH. Extraction A, size powder, more content extracted, higher crystallinity, better stability, purity. Subsequently, (CNMs) B (cellulase:pectinase 1:1). a network structure fibrous bundle shape. Therefore, ones in study belong to nanofibrils (CNFs). This provides reference extraction bamboo bio-enzymes preparation nanocellulose. To certain extent, utilization as biomass material improved.

Structural Characterization of Hemicelluloses from Bamboo Culms (neosinocalamus Affinis)

Dewaxed bamboo culms (Neosinocalamus affinis) were sequentially extracted with distilled water and 70% ethanol at 80 oC for 3 h, 0.2 and 0.5 M NaOH, 70% ethanol containing 0.6 M NaOH, and 1.0 and 2.0 M NaOH at 50 oC for 3 h using a solid to liquid ratio of 1:25 (g/mL). The hemicellulosic fractions obtained were characterized by high performance anion exchange chromatography (HPAEC), gel permeat...

A Nanocellulose Polypyrrole Composite Based on Microfibrillated Cellulose from Wood

It is demonstrated that it is possible to coat the individual fibers of wood-based nanocellulose with polypyrrole using in situ chemical polymerization to obtain an electrically conducting continuous high-surface-area composite. The experimental results indicate that the high surface area of the water dispersed material, to a large extent, is maintained upon normal drying without the use of any...
